Terms of Service

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the intelligence provided.

Verified suppliers must submit truthful prices, inventory and availability, keep their profiles current, and honour the delivery areas and commitments they declare. Misrepresentation may result in removal.

You may not:

• Submit false, misleading or manipulative signals.
• Scrape, resell or misuse platform data beyond permitted use.
• Attempt to access premium intelligence without authorisation.
• Interfere with platform security or availability.
• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

By contributing signals through NeighborGrid you grant HyLoq AI a licence to use them in aggregate to generate intelligence. Contributions may be moderated, verified or removed at our discretion.

Platform data is gathered from government, supplier and community sources and is provided "as is." While we apply verification and confidence scoring, we do not warrant that all data is accurate, complete or current.

Demand Exchange is an intelligence tool that surfaces aggregated demand to verified suppliers. HyLoq AI is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee any offer, price, fulfilment or counterparty conduct.

Pulse Insights are rule-based, data-driven signals labelled with confidence levels. They do not currently constitute forecasts. They are decision-support only and must not be treated as professional, financial or investment advice.

HyLoq AI provides intelligence, not guarantees. We make no promise of savings, availability, returns, resilience outcomes or any specific result from using the platform.

HyLoq AI is a resource intelligence platform, not a marketplace. We do not sell goods, process orders on behalf of suppliers, or act as a broker. Any transactions occur directly between the parties involved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyLoq AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on platform data or intelligence.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent data, or pose a security or integrity risk to the platform, with or without prior notice where appropriate.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for breach of these terms. Provisions on data accuracy, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
